Irrigation

The right water, in the right place.

New systems, repairs, two-wire upgrades and smart controllers for homes and commercial sites. Irrigation technicians on staff, and we install and service Rain Bird and Hunter systems.

Why irrigation matters

Everything else we do depends on water. A good system protects the money you've put into your lawn and landscape.

Healthier lawn and plants

Deep, even watering grows deep roots that handle Georgia heat and drought. New sod and plantings live or die by it.

Less wasted water

A tuned system with the right heads and a smart controller uses less water than dragging hoses or a broken system running in the rain.

Set it and forget it

It runs early in the morning, on schedule, whether you're home, at work or on vacation.

What we do

New system design and install

Zones laid out by sun, shade, slope and plant type, with heads spaced for full coverage. Residential and commercial.

Repairs and service calls

Leaks, broken heads, stuck valves, dead zones and wiring problems found and fixed.

Two-wire conversions

Upgrading older multi-wire systems to two-wire, which makes adding zones and tracking down problems much easier on large properties.

Smart controllers

Wi-Fi controllers you can run from your phone that adjust watering to the weather.

Rain and freeze sensors

So the system doesn't run during a storm or put ice on the sidewalk.

Spring startup and checks

We turn the system on, run every zone, fix what winter broke and set the schedule.

Winter shutdown

We set the system for the cold months so pipes and backflow devices are protected.

Commercial furnish and install

Irrigation to plan for GCs, HOAs and property managers, from single buildings to full sites.

How a system works

Built zone by zone

Your yard is split into zones, and each one gets its own valve and schedule. Shady beds, sunny lawn and new sod each need different amounts of water, so they each get their own zone.

  • Heads spaced so their spray overlaps, with no dry spots between them
  • Sprays for lawns, and low-flow for beds and shrubs
  • Pipe buried and sleeved under walks and drives
ZONE 2 Smart controller Water main Valve box: one valve per zone Heads overlap for full coverage

Signs your system needs attention

  • Brown or dry patches in the lawn
  • Soggy spots or water running down the street
  • Heads that are broken, tilted or spraying the house
  • A zone that won't turn on, or won't turn off
  • Water bill higher than it should be
  • The controller showing errors, or nobody knows how it's set

How it works

  1. We walk the property

We look at the layout, water source, sun and shade, or check out the system you already have.

  2. We design it

Zones, heads and pipe planned out, with a written, line-by-line price.

  3. We install it

Trenching, pipe, valves, heads and wiring, then every zone tested.

  4. We set it up

Controller programmed for your yard, and we show you how to use it.

Can you fix a system someone else installed?

Yes. We service most brands and can troubleshoot leaks, valves, wiring and controllers on existing systems.

What is a two-wire system?

Instead of running a separate wire to every valve, a two-wire system uses one pair of wires for the whole property. It makes adding zones and finding problems much easier, which is why it's popular on larger and commercial properties.

How often should my lawn be watered?

It depends on the grass, the soil and the season. Fewer, deeper waterings early in the morning are usually better than a little every day. We set the schedule to fit your yard.

Do I need a smart controller?

It's not required, but it saves water and hassle. It adjusts for rain and heat on its own, and you can change it from your phone.
