Do I need to be home when you come?
No. Just make sure gates are unlocked and pets are inside on your service day.
How does billing work?
Maintenance customers are billed once a month, at the end of the month. You can pay online through your client portal.
What if it rains on my service day?
We shift the visit a day or two and let you know. Your lawn still gets its cut that week.
What’s the difference between Pro and Pro Plus?
Pro covers full-detail weekly care. Pro Plus adds weekly pruning and lawn weed control, lawn treatments, irrigation turn-on and shutdown, and a quarterly property walk with the owner.
Do you do one-time projects?
Yes. Landscape installs, sod, pine straw, cleanups, irrigation and hardscapes are all quoted as their own jobs. You don’t need a maintenance plan.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Chandler Select is licensed and insured, and we have irrigation technicians on staff.
